Who We Are
The National Association for Court Professionals (NACP) is an organization of committed, creative, and conscientious professionals serving the judiciary in various capacities across the nation. We seek to advance and uplift the unique and exceptional skills, abilities, and perspectives of Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color (BIPOC) to advocate for equity, build inclusion, and secure access to resources and opportunities in the judicial community. Through our strategic efforts and outreach, the BIPOC judicial community will RISE by recognizing and celebrating our collective excellence; inspiring and challenging others to grow; sharing resources to support others; and empowering others to lead and serve. The NACP will be the change agent the justice system demands to fulfill the promise of true justice for all.
