National Association for Court Professionals

For Black, Indigenous & Other People of Color

Lets work together to make justice work

The Manifesto

Conceived in no spirit of racial exclusiveness, fostering no ethnic antagonism, but born of the inequities crippling the American Justice System, the National Association for Court Professionals was created to advance the unique skills, abilities, and perspectives of Black, Indigenous, and other Court Professionals of Color in our battle against institutional racism, bias, and subjugation.

Our Mission

The National Association for Court Professionals is a member organization dedicated to elevating and leveraging the collective power of Black, Indigenous & Other People of Color to:

1.

Disrupt the manifestations of institutional racism in the justice system by advancing racial equality tools, resources and action plans that drive institutional change.

2.

Liberate the conscience of BIPOC court professionals to become organizational change agents and equity power brokers.

3.

Transform the culture of our courts to welcome, support, include and affirm BIPOC court professionals in decision-making and development opportunities.
